Our building, bought in late 2002, needs refurbishing.
For a number of reasons, not least raising the necessary funds, this is being done in two parts.
Stage one only involves basement: moving the kitchen from the front of the building into the former laundary, to create a much larger and more comfortable dining and lounge area. This has been done in March 2003, and you can see the work here.
Stage two will involve some more work in the basement, creating storage space out of the current hallway, so that people enter through the new lounge.
Other parts of the building will also be refurbished at the same time.
